Hey yogis! Here is an energizing yoga flow to help wake you up in the morning. We'll start with a full head to toe warm-up before moving around our mats, into our standing sequence. Ending with a little bit of core work and supine twists. We'll spend the last 2 minutes doing a body-scan meditation before setting our intention for the day. Practicing yoga in the morning has so many great health benefits! Practice this flow daily and you will notice an increase in strength and flexibility, mental clarity and leveled moods. I hope you enjoy.
