Eve Smith has been the Senior Fellow in Ukraine for nearly two years. Before moving to
Ukraine, she worked internationally as a teacher trainer, program developer and English teacher. In addition, she served as English Language Specialist with the U.S. Department of State, and conducted English language teacher trainings in Mexico, Taiwan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Moldova and The Republic of Georgia. She also worked as an intensive English Language Instructor with Georgetown University and USAID in Sofia, Bulgaria and Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia (USA).
