British cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason’s three-million-euro cello is almost as famous as the musician himself. They both rose to world fame in 2018 when they played at the wedding ceremony of Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan of Sussex.
These days Sheku and his cello tour the world – and he has to book an extra plane seat for his instrument, since the valuable cello is a whopping 321 years old. It’s a unique instrument for a unique performer.
