This hurt much more than I was expecting it to! Here's the breakdown:
*note: I had originally paired some of the exercises differently, but this (below) is how I performed them in the video - however you have to pair them to get through the whole circuit is fine with me! Just get it done! :)

3x [20 touch-floor jump squats/40 high knees]
