Hard Boiled Eggs:
Place refrigerated eggs in air fryer and cook for 15-17 minutes at 250. Take out and run cool water over the eggs. Peel and use as desired.
Mushroom Turkey Burgers:
Place turkey patty (seasoned) in air fryer and cook for 18 minutes at 350, flipping half way through. Cook mushroom caps for ~5-10 minutes each (depends on size) in air fryer while turkey patty is cooking. Add toppings of choice. I used shredded lettuce and sugar free honey mustard in this video.
Spaghetti Squash Pasta:
Microwave squash for 3-4 minutes. Cut in half and scoop out seeds. Cook in air fryer for 15 minutes at 350. Remove and fork out the "noodles". Add in your desired ingredients. I used cottage cheese, garlic pasta sauce, cooked ground turkey, and taco seasoning here.
